Log into your RDB account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
